#8943.3-WEHRMACHT GENERALS SERVICE BELT AND BUCKLE: Pre-war, quality private purchase service belt as worn by General Officers of most services prior to 1943. In the “deluxe” 5.mm width, the belt is of dark brown leather having a permanently attached buckle. The open face, double prong buckle retains 95% of its original bright gilt finish with an unmarked reverse. The reverse belt tab still retains an embossed makers marking. The belt is supple and shows a fair amount of use with crazing and rubs to the surface. Condition III+
