#8701-HEER GEBIRGSJAEGER SLEEVE BADGE: Issue, M40 style traditional Edelweiss badge as worn by Gebirgsjaeger (Mountain Troops) on the sleeve of their uniforms. It consists of very fine, multi-colored rayon thread embroidery on an oval of field grey uniform wool. This type on field grey is more commonly seen in use on the greatcoat.
