HUNTING ASSOCIATION CUTLASS:
Ornate cutlass as worn by members of the Deutsche
Jaegerschaft This unmarked example measures 18-1/2
long having a stag handle and triple engraved blade..
The handle has an acorn cap with DJ staghead badge and
clamshell/ deer leg crossguard. The blade has decorative
scrolling and panels depicting deer hunting scenes. The
scabbard is of grained, green leather with decorative
lines having silver fittings & acorn frog stud. The
cutlass shows minor wear and equal age toning throughout
