#8193-LUFTWAFFE  GENERAL RANKS CAPE CHAIN: Interesting, unused example of the front closure chain as used for Luftwaffe Officer capes in the gilt finished version for Generals. In the so-called Spanish form, It consists of two stamped discs with inward facing eagle’s heads connected by a short chain. This chain is permanently attached to the right side and hooks onto the left side. It is complete with both reinforcing plates of brass sheet metal. It retains 95% of its original gilt finish and has  all four, unbent prongs on the reverse of each. Condition I- $375.00
