#7789-HEER MEDICAL NCO SHOULDER STRAP: Outstanding, single slip-on example of an M40 shoulder strap in the elongated form as worn on large tunics and the greatcoat. It is produced from field grey wool uniform cloth having cornflower blue rayon piping. It has a full Tresse in subdued grey rayon and two aluminum pips denoting the rank of Oberfeldwebel.
