#4274-WEHRMACHT COLLAR LINERS: Protective interior collar liner produced of double laid, black cotton chintz that is often associated with  Luftwaffe use but it could have been used by the Kriegsmarine as well. It is fitted with several button holes, a wood button and button tab. The tab is produced of blue-grey canvas as well as having an interfacing of the same cloth.  Out of unused stocks, several are available in a few mixed sizes.
