COMMERATIVE CUFF TITLE: Scarce example of the cuff title awarded to Reichsarbeitsdienst  Abteilung 14  level Officers who had served in the pre-1933 F.A.D. in Emsland and wore it as a sort of "old fighter" insignia. It is of machine woven (BeVo) construction in aluminum flatwire on a black rayon band measuring 16-1/2 inches long. One end is complete with woven RAD control marking.
