#8569-R.A.D. OFFICERS BROCADE BELT WITH BUCKLE: Fine example of the dress brocade belt as worn by RAD (National Labor Service) Officers. The brocade is of woven bright aluminum having three brown stripes and a reverse lined in earth brown wool. The aluminum Officers pattern round buckle is permanently sewn into place with a 1937 Assmann marking on the reverse. The connecting side of the belt is adjustable with a sizing strap of brown leather (size stamped 95) and complete with matched aluminum keeper. The belt retains both of its retainer slides in matching brocade pattern. It remains clean, showing only minor use and some toning to the buckle & keeper.  Condition II+  $550.00
