#7132-IMPERIAL PRUSSIAN OFFICIALS SHOULDER BOARDS: Outstanding, unissued pair of slip-on shoulder boards for a Prussian Military Official holding NCO rank. The stiffened boards are faced in carmine red wool with black trimmed gilt Tresse. They have a gilt cypher with the Prussian state eagle as worn by Officials. I believe these are for a Veterinary Official with the rank of Feld-Rossarzte. Still tied together, the boards have a reverse and tongue of black wool. Has minor age toning and surface wear to the paint of the cyphers.. Condition I-
