#10570-PROTECTION POLICE SLEEVE EAGLE ON COTTON: Fairly scarce, wartime example of the Shutzpolizei sleeve eagle as worn on lightweight cotton tunics. It is of thick machine embroidery in grass green rayon thread on a thin backing of grey-green cotton. The entire badge has a machine-sewn tape of “Mottled” Police cloth to reinforce its edge.  Off a tunic, it shows wear with several wear holes mainly located to the upper right top. These are somewhat subdued when the insignia is displayed against a dark background. A good representative example of this lesser seen sleeve eagle in Condition III+ $30.00
