#10168-ORGANIZATION TODT OFFICERS FIELD CAP: Interesting and lesser-seen example of this variant field cap as worn by Officer ranks of the Organization Todt. It is of brown uniform wool in an M43 style pattern with Officers aluminum piping around the crown and on the edges of the fold down flap. Its insignia consists of a standard Heer eagle (correctly worn by this organization) in stamped aluminum and a metal Kokarde attached to the non-button front. The interior is lined with dark brown artificial silk and retains an Org. Todt control stamping, Although not size marked, it appears to be about a size 56. The cap shows a fair amount of use with wear, snags, a worn section of piping at the top right and soiling to the interior. Condition III+  $595.00
