#10892-NATIONAL SOCIALIST SPORTS ASSOCIATION BREAST BADGE: Interesting, finely made large size badge for the NS sports association. It is of black & white machine embroidery having a white wool appliqué swastika in the center. It is all applied over a red wool field with black chainstitch border and white wool backing. Measuring over 4-1/2 inches tall it is of the type typically worn on the training suit. The badge shows use with some wear and scattered moth nips that are mainly confined to the exterior border.
