#9019-LUFTWAFFE TROPICAL OVERSEAS CAP:
Good example of the standard pattern tropical overseas
cap as worn by Luftwaffe personnel. A recent
estate purchase, its insignia has been removed and the
cap is offered in “as found” condition. It is produced
from tan cotton twill in the Fleigermutze pattern
with a lining of crème colored cotton twill. It retains
a faded 1941 Berolina marking with size (55)
stamping and penned in name of the original owner. The
cap shows light fading and wear, Condition II+
