This example is of stamped  steel construction retaining remnants of its blue grey finish with oxidation giving it a "darkened" look. Its unmarked reverse retains about 60% of the blue-grey finish along with a wire loop catch and pronged keeper. The buckle shows a good deal of service wear, oxidation and spots of rust, mainly to the front. Out of a recent estate,it remains in Condition III+ $55.00
