#12024-LUFTWAFFE  FLIGHT / PARATROOP NCO VISOR CAP: Nice, private purchase example of the visor cap as worn by Luftwaffe flight or paratroops enlisted / NCO ranks. It is of blue-grey wool trikot having a black mohair band with gold wool piping. The front has a nicely matched set of Luftwaffe second pattern insignia in matte aluminum above a chinstrap of black patent leather. The interior is lined with rust brown cotton cloth and retains a Berlin marked cello diamond. The light brown leather sweatband is intact but a little on the dry side with two thin splits. The exterior has a few small moth nips, mainly located to the rear and not too noticeable. Overall shows light wear & age, Condition II- $675.00
