ENGINEER CORPS. OFFICER COLLAR TABS:
Outstanding example pair
of collar tabs as worn by a senior Officer serving in
the Luftwaffe Korps of flight engineers. They
consist of hand embroidered aluminum & silver wire on a
reinforced tab of bright pink wool badgecloth with
silver cord piping. This piping as well as the stem
wires have tarnished to a gold tone which gives the tabs
a nice contrasting appearance. These are for the rank of
Fl-Hauptstabsingenieur (Oberst) and are the
highest rank below General. They show light age,
