#12438-LUFTWAFFE  ENLISTED RANKS BELT AND BUCKLE: Nice example of the issue belt and buckle set as worn by the enlisted and NCO ranks of the Luftwaffe. The “box” pattern buckle is of stamped steel construction retaining about 80% of its original blue grey finish on the front and 90% on the reverse. This reverse in unmarked and is complete with wire loop catch and pronged keeper. The thick, combat belt is of black cowhide leather measuring 39 inches in length. It is complete with aluminum end keeper(with remnants of blue grey finish) leather sizing strap and both a 1941 maker and size marking. The buckle shows some spots of wear while the belt remains supple with light surface wear & rubs. Condition II+ $185.00
