#10976-KRIEGSMARINE TROPICAL BREECHES: Scarce example pair of private purchase tropical pattern breeches as worn by Officer and NCO ranks. They are produced of tan cotton twill having two button close pockets on the front and rear. The lower tapered calves have reinforced sections of double laid cloth that lace up via sets of embroidered holes which are complete with their original laces. Some specific Kriegsmarine features include the side adjustment straps having removable buckles in rust proof copper finish, green thread used on the buttonholes and it's complete compliment of tan composition brace buttons marked "Gebruder Oswald-Bremen". The interior waistband  has a partial lining and pocketbags produced from a slightly darker shade of tan cotton cloth. They show some use, having a few small areas of discoloration and a couple  of minor repairs that are virtually unseen. Condition II+ $400.00
