#11294-HITLER YOUTH FLAK HELPERS FIELD CAP: A nice example of the field cap as worn by the Hitler Jugend Flak helpers. This later war period cap is produced of blue-grey uniform wool with a functional front flap secured by a single blue-pebbled button.  It has a standard BeVo woven HJ cap diamond machine applied to the front. This diamond is slightly off centered, despite being of factory application. The interior is fully lined with blue-grey rayon cloth and complete with stamped RBN number, size (58) and 1944 issue markings.  The cap shows use with minor wear, a bend in the visor and light wrinkles.
