#6097-HEER VETERINARY SOLDIER SOLDBUCH: A most interesting example of a well-used Soldbuch as carried by a Cavalry Stabsgefreiter who served in various veterinary units and horse hospitals. It has much hand written personal information, equipment & health records and stampings. Entries begin in May1940 and end in Sept. 0f 1944 when it appears this man was released from service. It is complete with rivet attached and stamped photo of this somewhat older soldier in M40 tunic. The pages and cover shows wear and age with various degrees of foxing & staining to the pages. An interesting document for a not often seen arm of service. Condition III-
