#11607-HEER OFFICERS DRESS CAPE: An outstanding  example of this elegant garment as worn by Officers for formal dress. This custom tailored cape is produced from a fine, field grey wool mantel cloth having a dark green wool collar. This collar has a cloth button tab and closure buttons on its underside. The front panel of the cape closes through a series of five hidden, black fiber buttons. The inner collar area is complete with a cloth bridle having an aluminum pebbled button but appears to have been tailored without the typical arm straps usually seen on such examples.
