The construction is typical later period, being of hand embroidered white cello cord with royal blue Waffenfarbe centers. They are on a backing of lesser quality, dark green wool over a reinforced section of tan cardboard. The tabs are off a tunic showing use with age toning and areas of wear to the wool surface.
