#10244-HEER MEMENTO PHOTO ALBUM: Commercially produced, military themed photo album having a grey-green leatherette cover with an imprinted silver Heer eagle and bound with a national color cord of black, red & white. It measures 10 by 7-1/2 inches and has 22 pages with glassine separators. The front section contains a title page (In memory of my military service time) with printed images of Hitler and his commanders. It is filled with 132 assorted sized B&W photos. Lots of nice “Daily Routine” uniform shots and many of horse transport. The album appears to focus on the entry into France and then the Balkans with shots of a 1940 Christmas celebration, damaged buildings, destroyed Planes, German graves and peasants. The book shows age with some toning and wrinkling to the pages. Condition II-/III+ $235.00
