#10529-HEER OFFICERS  SWORD: Fine example of a dove head Officers dress sword by WKC. The fittings are of aluminum having a deep gilt finish with a "stubby" style eagle on the obverse langet. A well executed monogram of the original owners initials is engraved onto the reverse langet. There is some wear to this finish near the top from normal handling. The attractive grip is of black cello having a nice tripled twisted wire wrap. The sword measures a full 38 inches in length replete with a 32 inch blade. This blade remains clean with a mirror like finish that exhibits some minor wear. It retains its original leather washer and WKC makers mark. The scabbard has over 95% of its original black lacquer finish with some wear around the carry mount & ring and at the bottom tip. A handsome sword in excellent condition I-  $825.00
