Single, sew-in example of the shoulder board as worn by
an Officer equivalent official of the army. Representing
the
Kriegsverwaltungsoberinspektor
rank group, it is of subdued aluminum braid with green
stripe and gilt “HV” cypher & pip. This is over a
doubled underlay of white and green wool. It shows age
and areas of wear, mainly to an area of the edge.
