Fine example of the 1940 pattern trade badge as worn by
on the lower right sleeve of medical personnel. Of
private purchase quality, it is of hand embroidered gold
perlo cord with fine details in red & black thread on an
oval of field grey wool badgecloth. The reverse has a
white gauze reinforcement with stamped makers logo.
Although unused, it shows some age, surface wear and one
