Of private purchase quality, the wreath is hand embroidered in gilt wire with twisted wire detailing with a raised Kokarde of aluminum & black burnished wire over a red wool center. The insignia has a slightly padded interior to give it depth and a reverse covered with thin black cloth. Shows some areas of age toning and otherwise appears unused, Condition II+ $450.00
