#12329-HEER DOUBLE DECAL M35 PEA GREEN HELMET: Outstanding and hard to find example of a Heer parade quality helmet. In the M35 pattern, the stamped steel shell retains about  85% of its exterior smooth "pea" green paint with some light spots of surface wear and a few chips to the rivet paint. The interior retains about 95% of matching finish with some oxidation to the inner dome. It is complete with lot number and shell marking ET60 (Eisen Huttenwerke AG Thale) size 60(52). The Heer eagle decal is of the pattern associated with this maker and is retained at about 95% while the National colors rate at about 80%. It is complete with brown leather liner that is supple and with original drawstring. The black leather chinstrap is also clean & supple although unmarked and possibly a later period, original replacement. Overall a fine example that survived the years with only minor age and wear, first such Helmet I've had in about 12 years. Condition II+ $2900.00
