#7964-HEER OFFICER OFFICIALS SHOULDER BOARD: Fine, single example of a Heer Military Officials shoulder board in the equivalent rank of Leutnant. In the sew-in style, this earlier type is of silver braid having a thin green strip with flat, gilt “HV” device. It is over a double underlay of red and green wool badgecloth. This red secondary underlay was  worn by Officials of Wehrkreis administration and other assorted careers. Has minor evidence of a missing pip and showing age & wear, Condition III+ $30.00
