#10730-HEER ARTILLERY OFFICERS SERVICE TUNIC:
Fine, wartime private purchase example of an Officers
field service tunic. It is produced of field grey wool
trikot in the M36 pattern. It has a dark green wool
collar, pleated pockets, roll cuffs and a six-button
front (post
1941).
The Officer pattern insignias include machine applied
collar tabs and a hand applied breast eagle. Both in
fine aluminum bullion. Its sew-in Leutnant
shoulder boards are of subdued aluminum braid on a red
wool base with no signs of unit numbers ever applied.
The left side breast pocket has a set of loops for what
appears to be a wound badge. The interior is fully lined
with grey rayon cloth with the inner sleeves lined in
pinstriped white silk. This lining is complete with an
interior breast pocket, cloth waist belt with nickel
buckle and an edged weapons strap & slot. The tunic
shows some minor wear and some oxidation to the
insignias. Condition II- $925.00 |
