shoulder strap as typically worn on the Waffenrock.
In the M36 style, it is of dark green wool
badgecloth having red wool piping and hand-embroidered
numerals for the 13th. Artillery regiment (13th
Panzer Division) .It has a thin center stiffener
and a reverse of dark green wool. Shows light age,
