#8858-HEER  VETERINARY OFFICERS DRESS COLLAR TABS:  Scarce example of these private purchase collar tabs as worn on the Waffenrock or piped service tunic by Veterinary Officers. They are of fine, hand embroidered aluminum wire on a backing of carmine pink wool badgecloth. This type of collar tab were also utilized by Fire Police Officers, although this pair appears more in the “army” style. The tabs have a couple of minor moth nips to the edges.
