#8337-GERMAN RED CROSS ENLIED RANKS OVERSEAS CAP: Fine example of this fairly scarce cap as worn for service duty by the enlisted ranks of the D.R.K. It is produced of charcoal grey uniform wool having black metal vent grommets. A BeVo woven DRK badge is machine applied to the left side flap. The front is completed by a machine embroidered national kokarde and light grey soutace being tacked under the front edge as typical for these caps. The interior is lined with light grey cotton cloth and nicely marked with maker’s stamping and penned in initials of original owner. Shows use and minor wear with some snags to the soutace and light soiling to the interior. Condition II+ $325.00
