#10585-DLV / FLIEGERSCHAFT NATIONAL EAGLE: Scarce example of this early National insignia used by both the DLV and Fliegerschaft Worn on the left sleeve of the blue-grey wool uniform, it depicts an M29 pattern eagle in white & black machine embroidery. The round blue-grey wool (more blue toned than the later Luftwaffe color) backing has a reverse reinforced with black cotton. Off a uniform, it shows light wear and some minor edge fraying.
