DB68-HEER OFFICER OFFICIALS SHOULDER BOARDS: Well used, slightly mismatched set of shoulder boards for a Heer Official in the equivalent rank of Leutnant. The sew in boards are of subdued aluminum braid having a green strip and gilt "HV" cyphers over a grey & green wool underlay.
