#13133-GERMAN PROPAGANDA MAP:
Scarce and interesting example of a "special" issue of
Beobachter titled "England's Guilt". Measuring 15
by 11 inches, the color cover depicts a Colonial British
soldier relaxing in a throne like chair with whip in
hand as a group of native peoples labor in carrying him.
The people depicted appear to be those who are living in
lands colonized by the British Empire. It folds open to
a wall map of the British Isles measuring 30 by 22
inches, with half maps on the rear depicting both
British and French colonial holdings and commonwealth.
The paper has a crease line across the front along with
a penciled "X" at the top. There is also some age toning
and a few line splits throughout. Condition III+ $40.00
