#7831-MINIATURE AUSTRO-HUNGARIAN FLIGHT BADGE: Scarce, miniature example of the Austro-Hungarian field pilot’s qualification badge. This is the second pattern, introduced in 1916 with the royal Karl (K) cypher at the bottom. It measures 1-1/4” tall and is of two-piece construction with green & white enameled highlights. The unmarked reverse is complete with thin pin. It has a tiny chip to the enamel at the upper right corner and some dark patina on the reverse. Condition II- $215.00
